To whom it may concern-
I received my shipment today. I am very disappointed that the item shipped to me is not the item pictured with what I ordered. Specifically the things I desired in the anchor necklace- tiny, small, simple and not really pointed hooks- is not on the necklace that was sent to me.
I expect an explanation and a FULL REFUND. Please advise me as to how to return the item. Sincerely- Stephanie

I have not received my order and have tried to contact this seller multiple times without any response. I either want the item I paid for or my money back!!!!!
