All items, both jewelry and artwork, are completely handmade, unique and one of a kind. All of Love, Rosy jewellery pieces are handmade in Jakarta, Indonesia. Every piece is manually and carefully crafted by 2 hands in our humble home studio. All design displayed in our store is available by order and order is proceed based on order list. To give you clearer picture, this is how our order process goes:

1. You place your order (available design or custom)

2. Production time is 2-5 days

3. Update you once its completed and proceed to shipping

4. Share tracking number and shipping information via e-mail

5. Waiting game...

6. Show the world your earring!

Note: We proceed each order based on order list, first place first serve and production time might vary as it depends on design complexity and orders. However, if you need it urgently, dont hesitate to let us know.

We are more than happy to create your dream earring for you! For custom option, you are free to choose your piece colour, shape and graphic. Share your picture reference / keywords / ideas / design visual for your customised piece with us or lets have a fun brainstorming together! We'll send you the rough sketch before moving forward to production step and keep you updated on the progress of your customised piece. Custom piece might take 4-5 days to be completed and proceed based on order list.

All orders are shipped from Jakarta, Indonesia via DPEX or EMS mail with tracking and delivery confirmation. Order costs exclusive of shipping costs. Please let us know if you have any gift wrapping requests as we offer complimentary wrapping andd card to your order.
