Paypal transactions with a credit/debit card & E-checks. E-checks take 3-5 days to clear and no items will be shipped until the check is cleared on my end.
I require payment to be paid in full before starting any custom orders.
All items are shipped wrapped in colorful tissue and sent in a bubble envelope for protection. I will not ship your order until I recieve full payment.
As of November 21, 2011, all packages (excluding international) will have delivery confirmation for online tracking.
If a package becomes lost in the mail, please let me know. I include the tracking number through paypal and also an email is sent from Luulla for you to easily see where your package is. Sometimes things do get delayed and I like to be informed if something like this happens so I can try to help figure out what the problem may be.

All of my items are made in a smoke free environment.I do have a cat for those with allergy concerns, althought I keep him away from my yarn and my work area.
Some of my hats have clips, buttons, ribbons, or braided tassels that can impose a danger to any child left unattended while wearing my hats. Please keep your child under supervision while wearing my products.
