I started beading jewelry about eight years ago, my sister got me started and now it is a big part of my life. Most of my jewelry is classified as bead weaving, it takes much more time then the strung larger beads, but it opens up the ability to creat in more colors and shapes. .
Crocheting is another craft that I fine very relaxing, I love putting all the colors together, making useful unique items. I've been crocheting since I was in grade school, working on a small gift for someone or making an afghan for a family member.
I recently was put on disability and now I have time to work with the crafts I love. Always have a couple of projects going while planning my next.
