I still have not received my item and it was supposedly shipped 3 weeks ago, every attempt to contact the seller has been unsuccessful!

Invoice says product"shipped". But after 3 weeks of waiting, and repeatedly asking for tracking info or estimated date of delivery, they now tell me it wasn't sent and they don't have it. And that I should apply for a refund. Seriously.
