Payments can be made through Paypal, however if you don't have to have a PayPal account to pay for your order. You can pay using a credit card. Simply hit "continue" next to "Don't have a PayPal account?"
Costumers with an Israeli shipping address will add 16% sales tax to the payment.
Items are made customized for the client's, therefor the time to complete an order (before shipping) will change, it depends on the time it takes to make the jewel. It will usually take between 1-4 weeks.
The wedding rings will be ready in 14 working days.
Orders are sent by registered air mail to any destination, and it takes between 7-30 working days for the shipment to arrive. The cost of the shipment is 5$ world wide.
The more expensive jewels will be sent by EMS mail to any destination, it is insured, express messenger mail. The Ems shipment will arrive in 3-7 working days.
Delays in the postal service and during holidays sometimes occur, and I can't be held responsible for.
International customers may be required to pay customs duty on some larger packages. Please be aware that any applicable customs taxes & duties are the responsibility of the recipient.
Refunds and exchanges will be handled on a case by case basis.
Custom orders are final, Although, if you are not satisfied with your jewel please contact me, and we'll work out a solution. My costumers satisfaction is my top priority.
