Production on your custom item will begin once payment is confirmed.

{Shipping}

Absolutely no physical printed products will be shipped. All items in my shop are digital, which means you print them yourself! Digital items are sent via e-mail as a .jpg file (within 72 hours). You can then have them printed as fast as you need.

Under no circumstances will an unflattened file be sent. Only flattened .jpg or .pdf's.

{Refunds and Exchanges}

Due to the nature of my products, refunds are not available. I will work with you to achieve the invite you're after. I will perform reasonable number of edits. Changes to dates may incur an additional charge.

When purchasing an item that has several color options, please be sure to indicate in the notes which color you'd like.

I work with you to create customized items to your liking.

I will send you a proof for your approval, so you can look over and double check the design, and review it for spelling errors. I will gladly make any changes you want: it is my goal for you to be completely satisfied with the final product! I encourage you to test print your cards if at all possible to ensure you are happy with the sizing and coloring.

Please note, I will provide you with ONLY ONE SIZE -- a 4x6, a 5x7,

PHOTOS -- Please only send to me the photo that you would like used in the invite. If there are questions about the quality of the photo, please feel free to ask. If, after receiving your photo, I determine that it will be blurry, not fit, etc., I will let you know and ask you to send another.

Please review the proof that is sent for text and grammar errors - I cannot be held responsible for any errors after approval of the proof has been made. The information sent to me for the invite will be input into the card/invite verbatim, unless alternate arrangements have been made.

Please have a sample card of your design printed before having ALL of them printed. If they colors don't turn out the way you had in mind, I would be happy to adjust them and send you a new proof, but I CANNOT refund money for the cards you already had printed. Colors vary based on your computer monitor and your photo processor, so printing a sample is strongly encouraged!

PHOTO INFORMATION:

Everything in my designs has either been created by me or I have purchased the license to use them. If you submit a picture to use in your design, you are agreeing that you have the rights to use that picture and I am not liable for any misuse of copyrighted images.
