Shipping/Packaging

To keep shipping costs to a minimum, your treats are placed directly into shipping containers with padding. If you would like them in a treat box and then into a shipping box please let me know, for this will affect the shipping. To make sure that your chocolate is not sitting at the post office, I only ship Monday - Thursday.


Shipping charges will be higher in the warmer months because ice packs must be used to keep the chocolate as cool as possible while it travels. As the months turn warmer, I will have the ice packs up as an item for purchase that you can add to your order, but you can have them in the cooler months also, just ask.It is best to be home or have someone available to pick up your packages so that they are not sitting outside ( Especially in the summer months!)


Thank you for not minding that I recycle boxes and packaging materials to ship.

Payment

Once you place an order, payment is required within 48 hours. All of your goodies are created fresh after payment is received. Please allow 3-5 days between the creation of your treats and them being ready to be shipped. Larger orders will require a longer time. Please contact me for details. If you need your order rushed, please let me know and the shipping charges can be adjusted as well as a small rush fee.


.All items are sent USPS Priority because of the delicate nature of the chocolate, confections, etc... Your items are carefully packaged against damage, but I can not be responsible for melted or broken chocolate. I strive to ensure that your items arrive to you in the same way that they left my kitchen. Delivery confirmation has already been added into our shipping costs.


Allergen Information


All of our products are created around nuts and dairy. We apologize that we can not accommodate allergen-friendly requests.


Customization


I will try my best to customize your chocolate as much as possible. The base chocolate flavors are White, Dark, Milk, Peanut Butter and Mint as well as a large assortment or colors such as: Red, Pink, Yellow, Lavender, Light Green, Dark Green, Orange, Blue, Black and Color~burst Speckles. Please let me know if you would like a color not listed and I will do my best to accommodate you.


Any of the candies that you see pictured can be created in solid colors for a lesser amount than listed. Please indicate this in an email to me and I can give you an adjusted price based upon which mold and what quantity you choose.Do you have a mold idea in mind and don't see it? I'm always looking to expand my chocolate molds and would love to make exactly what you need for your special occasion. Send me an email and I can try to find your request or may already have it in stock. Not all of my molds are pictured in my store.


Creation

All of your items are created in a clean, smoke-free environment and gloves are always used when preparing and packing your treats.


Every item is created fresh to order. I do not keep any of my items already created to be shipped so please understand that it takes time for each order to be freshly painted or baked.


Returns

Because all of my products are food products, they can not be returned, but some other solution can be met. Once you try my confections, I want to keep you as part of my RRC family for all your special occasions.Thank you again for stopping by!


Gifts

If you are sending your item as a gift, please make sure to tell me not to include an invoice. A gift tag can be added to your purchase, just ask.

Additional Shipping terms and conditions

We can not be held responsible for items that are lost, damaged or late due to any postal carriers including: USPS, FedEx and UPS. Every consideration is made to insure that your products get to their destination in perfect condition, but we can not control what happens once they leave here. Please be sure to provide adequate time between when your order is placed and when your order is needed. We can not guarantee ship dates but can only provide information that is passed down from the designated postal carrier.


Orders that are required for specific dates during times of high volume or with less than 5 days (not including ship time) notice will be subject to a nominal Rush fee. Please inquire about any products that may fall under this category to be expedited for more details.
