Items currently ship within 7 days of purchasing as everything is made to order. Each piece is made especially for you and I do not keep items in stock.

All orders will be shipped via USPS First-Class Mail unless upgraded shipping is purchased. If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please contact me for a quote.

**IMPORTANT--Items are shipped to the address you have listed so please make sure that you have the correct address to ensure that your order will be delivered to you.

*For international buyers, you are in charge of knowing the customs laws and taking care of any of the customs tax or other extra costs upon delivery.

CUSTOM ORDERS--No refunds or exchanges on custom or personalized orders except in the case of damage or error on my part. My guarantee is that the piece will match the final design you approved through detailed photos. Note that all handmade jewelry will differ slightly due to the nature of the craft and may include minor variations in the overall size of the piece(s) and/or minor differences in the stone colors and shape.

RETURNS--If you wish to return a piece of jewelry, please contact me first. Returns are accepted if returned within 7 days of receiving the item. Items must be returned unworn with the original packaging. I will refund your purchase price (excluding the any shipping and insurance costs, etc). Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
