Hello and welcome to Ruby Robin Boutique, my little corner of the Esty world from which I sell my handmade vintage-inspired treasures!

Payment

* I accept payment by Paypal only for international orders.


* I also accept postal orders and cheques from buyers residing in the republic of Ireland. Please convo me if you would like to make arrangements to pay this way. I do not ship items until the cheque or postal order has cleared, which naturally delays delivery a bit.


* If your postal order or cheque has not been arrived within seven working days of purchase, your order will be cancelled.


* Payment is due at the time of purchase, if for unforeseen reasons you can't pay immediately after purchase, please send me a convo or email me to let me know and I may be able to reserve the item for you until you can make the payment.


* If I do not receive payment within a day after purchase and you have not gotten in touch with me as described above, I will have to cancel the transaction.


Shipping

* I ship nationally and internationally by Standard Air-mail. Items are shipped within two business days after payment.


* I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


* Shipping usually takes 1 to 10 days to the U.S and other long distance destinations, depending on customs, but if your parcel has not arrived within four weeks after notification of delivery, please get in touch ASAP and we'll figure it out!


* Depending on your country of residence, you may also need to pay customs, duties or taxes on your purchase.


* If you would like to have your item insured and tracked, please send me a convo and I can determine the price and set up a custom listing for your requirements! Any extra cost of shipping this way is paid by the buyer. Once shipped, I will convo you with your tracking number.


Refunds and exchanges

* I take great care in making, packaging and shipping my items, but if after receiving an item you are not 100% satisfied, or it isn't as described, you have seven days to contact me here on Luulla or by email (littlerubyrobin@yahoo.com) with your complaints.


* If possible, I am happy to repair, refund or exchange your item if it is not as described on arrival. To do this I need to have the item shipped back to me first in it's original protective packaging. Hopefully this won't need to happen, I really want all my customers to be very happy with their new treasures, and I will do my absolute best to make sure you are! Please get in touch if you have any concerns or questions, I'd be happy to clarify things for you :)


* Refunds are accepted only in the event of misrepresentation, or when agreed on by both parties. Exchanges can be arranged - in the case of exchange, the buyer is responsible for postage to and from seller.
