I ship to the address provided by PayPal. Please check to be sure your PayPal Address is correct. All made to order hats is ship with in 1 week. Please allow an additional 3-4 days for US shipping and 2-3 weeks for International shipping. Larger orders may take slightly longer.

Refunds and exchange
I will accept refunds or exchanges if it is postmarked within 14 days from the date of delivery, and the hat must show no signs of being worn. No exchanges or returns will be accepted if your item is NOT returned to me within 14 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping.
You will be refunded the original sale price, less the original shipping charge if your item(s) were mailed back within 14 days of delivery. Refunds may take up to a week to receive with PayPal.
