Shipping is via USPS Priority Mail within 48 hours after payment is confirmed. Cost of shipping is generally determined by weight and shipping destination. Wholesale orders are charged shipping based on the retail total.
I ship internationally. Once shipped, I will convo you to inform you that the package is shipped and give you the mail tracking number for your reference.
I strongly strongly recommend insured or registered mail. Shipping costs are stated in the product listings and include insurance.
Damaged Items:
If your purchase was damaged during shipping or in the creating process--please return your purchase. We will send out new items once your items have been returned.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason--please contact us. We will do everything in our power to make you a satisfied customer. We do not refund purchases but we will exchange your original item for another item in our listings of the same value.
Refunds (Wholesale):
We do not refund wholesale purchases. We will replace purchases that are damaged or that did not meet your preferences. Replacements will only be issued AFTER the originals are shipped back and received.
I prefer PayPal but also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Finally, Money Orders and Cashier's Checks made payable to Ugly Duckling Beads are accepted however payment must clear before item is shipped.
