1. If you find the dress is in wrong color or measurements, please send us clear pictures within 7 working days since you receive the dress. You can return and refund or change the dress after our confirmation;

2. If the dress is obviously dissimilar with the original picture, please send us clear pictures within 3 working days since you receive the dress. You can return and refund or change the dress after our confirmation;

3. If there is obvious quality problem with the dress, such as large dirt, broken or defects surface, please send us clear pictures within 3 working days since you receive the dress. You can return and refund or change the dress after our confirmation;

4. We offer free repair on your custom made dress even if the repair is needed because you offered us the wrong measurements! But you need to pay for the shipping cost.

Buyers need to pay taxes!(If the items are detained by customs after they left the seller's country, the buyer is responsible for custom clearance of the detained items.)

Delivery time is within 25 days and I paid the insurance.

Buyers need to pay customs tax, but general speaking, there are very less chance to pay custom taxes.

Cancellation Policy

- Orders cancelled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

- Orders cancelled within 24 to 72 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 80% of product purchase price.

- Orders cancelled within 72 to 120 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of full shipping cost and 50% of product purchase price.

- Orders cancelled beyond 120 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund of full shipping cost only.

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
