1.We will give a full refund if the dress in wrong size and color.Please make sure the dress in original status when you ship it back
2.we don’t accept cancellation after 2 days of the order
3.Pictures will be needed as a refund proof
4.Please contact us before ship the dress back
5.If you don’t want refund ,we can offer free alteration service
6.You can alter the dress in local ,we can pay the fee for you
7.Subjective reasons like “Don’t like the dress” or “the dress is not expected”can not be the reason for refund
8.Standard size dress which is not fitted for buyer will not be a reason for refund
