All orders are shipped First class international air mail with a TRACKING NUMBER!

First class international air mail can take anywhere from 10-20 days.

But sometimes, especially holiday season, it takes more than that.

And it could be delayed depending on custom or local office of your country.

If you need something sooner, please contact us.

We can set up a listing with Expedited Mail Service for an additional charge.

It will take 4-6 business days after being shipped.

We will send the item to the LUULLA address.

We want you to LOVE your items. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can simple return and get a refund or exchange to other items.

Item needs to be returned within 7 days after you receive it and it should be not used.

All returns must be in original condition.
