No problem for returns. Returns will be accepted within 14 days of placing your order. Please contact me before sending any items back so I can make note of the return and give you the designated return address.
Upon receipt of the product, I will be more than happy to provide a refund.

I will be using the United States Postal Service for shipping. Once I have shipped your item, I will provide you with tracking numbers to monitor the progress of your package.
If you have special shipping requirements, just ask me and I can quote you a price. I would be more than happy to work with you on any special shipping details that are needed.
I am able to do custom orders. Lots of the items I have shown on my store page can be made in different colors. This includes the base metal that I use: sterling silver, 14k gold (usually I use 14k gold filled to keep my items at a more affordable price) or copper finishes. I also have lots of different colored freshwater pearls, buttons, beads and/or stones available. Please email me if you have any questions regarding this.
If you would like to order one of my items as a gift, please let me know and we can discuss packaging options.
