Your purchase will be shipped within 2 - 4 business days, Monday through Friday. Please allow seven days via USPS for a arrival of your package. Delivery confirmation included in each mailed package.
I do not currently ship internationally.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return within 10 days of purchase with proof of purchase receipt for full store credit. You will receive a credit minus shipping fee. Will only accept merchandise unworn and in original condition.
Custom orders are non-refundable.
Re-sizing: flat fee of $3.00 plus shipping costs.
Repairs : repairs for jewelry less than 90 days there is no charge, with proof of purchase. Shipping fees will apply. Jewelry older than 90 days, there will be a $5.00 fee plus shipping costs only if all original materials are included. All bracelets for women are size 7". If you need a different size, please specify to me in the seller notes thank you.
