Hi welcome to my shop.


Thank you for taking the time to read my Shop Policies. My goal is to achieve pleasant transactions by offering high quality handmade products and professional services.

Payment

I accept PayPal payments for International and Portuguese customers. For PayPal payments you do not have to have an account but simply provide them your credit card and email address. PayPal takes care of these transactions in a safe environment and guarantees the confidenciality of the data introduced.


Shipping

I ship your selected item within 48 hours of proper payment made, using the Portuguese Mail Company by registered mail with delivery confirmation;


Orders are shipped to your address stated on your account. Kindly let me know if you would like your order to be sent to a different address. I am not responsible for items not received due to incorrect address. There is no refund for items sent to a wrong address.


It takes about 3-4 days for National and 4-20 days for International shipments delivery. It all depends of the customers Country.


All items are carefully packed and I 'm not responsible for any damage incurred during transport. However, in case of damage of the item, I ask you please contact me in a way that together we can resolve the situation.


I cannot be held responsible for losses or delays but Kindly contact me and I am more than happy to solve the problem.

I'm aware that there are sometimes issues that overcome the customers will therefore if our customers wish to exchange the product or wish a refund, they just have to send me back the product and I will either exchange it for what you wants or refund the total cost (this not includes the shipping costs).
