Returns:
Great care is taken to ensure customer satisfaction, and I'm sure you'll love your item as much as I loved making it. However, item/s may be returned for a full refund, including original p&p, within 7 days of receipt. Please contact me first to advise the reason for return. Items must be unused, in saleable condition, and in any original packaging. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility, so do obtain Proof of Posting. Please note that, for obvious reasons, custom orders of an unusual nature or non-standard size are non-returnable unless damaged in transit.
Pattern PDFs are sent direct to your Paypal email address, usually within 12 hours of receiving cleared payment.
For obvious reasons, no returns can be accepted.
