Payment
I only accept payment through Pay Pal.
Please be sure to make the payment within 3 days.
After 3 days, I will cancel the order.
Shipping
I usually ship the package in the next 3, max 6 working days after you made the payment.
Refunds and Exchanges
I make my pieces with lot of care and attention to details, I test every piece before shipping it so you would get the best jewelry.
I don't accept refunds or exchanges for products damaged during shipping. I package them well, so i am sure they could not be damaged.
However, if you have any problem concerning the package or the product you bought, I will try to fix it, please write me and we shall discuss the terms.
