I am very excited to introduce you to our wonderful product line. Braquel's Bathroom products are made with the finest ingredients. We do not use Parabens, petroleum, lanolin, or mineral oil. However, some products do contain bees wax. No animal testing on our products. We use organic butters and oils in our products to ensure top quality. We also use our own products that we sell to you to ensure the best quality and we do not have to buy our own, unless it’s through our other Luulla sellers who we want to support! We can use our own natural product without worrying about all the chemicals put in them. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please let me know before leaving a feedback, as I wish to accommodate or fix anything that may be wrong. I am here to keep every customer satisfied as much as possible and thank you in advanced for giving me that opportunity! :)

Be sure that your PayPal account address is correct, as I do ship to the address on your PayPal account. I do not automatically ship according to the address on your Luulla account, unless noted by you the buyer. If for some reason, you need me to ship your items to another address that is different from your PayPal address, please message me or you can e-mail me, so that I can ship your orders to the right address.

All items will be shipped within 2-5 business days. I will try my best to ship as soon as possible for your convenience. :)

None of our products can be returned, due to the nature of our products. However, we can offer replacement or refund when needed. If you have any problems with the sent product, please do not hesitate to contact us through e-mail and we will resolve the issue for you. Good customer service is very important to us and we do appreciate our customers.

Please do not hesitate to contact me for a refund if I have over charged you for shipping costs. I realize that shipping costs are different for every state in the US or out of country, so I usually price the shipping cost somewhere in the middle.

I am generally away from my computer at a certain time during the day. I will be available to answer all e-mails Sunday-Friday after 5:30pm EST. In some cases your e-mail will be answered even sooner or on Saturdays, as I will sometimes be available before 5:30pm EST.

-ALLERGY ALERT: Shea butter contains natural latex. Persons suffering from latex allergies should do an allergy Patch Test before using any shea butter product. It is a good idea to perform allergy Patch Test before using any new product.

-Please do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients listed in any of these products that I sell. If you are unsure, please seek medical advice before using.

-Products are not for consumption.

- Be careful when using Body Butter Bars and Shea Butter Sugar Polish in the tub, as the tub may become slippery and serious bodily injuries from a fall may occur. So be very careful! Use caution when getting in and out of the tub.

- All products are handmade and may vary in size and color with each batch.

-None of my products/formulas have been tested by the FDA. These products will not diagnose, treat, or cure any illness or disease.

-Keep all Braquel’s Bathroom products out of reach of children at all times.

-Avoid eye area.

- If you have a nut allergy, do not use products that contain real almonds.

-When samples of my products are given out with your order, be sure to check my site for the ingredient list to make sure that you are not allergic to any of the ingredients in the sample products.

-Products are not for use on little children from birth to 3 years of age, as they may contain natural allergens that can irritate their young sensitive skin. With older children still take caution as you would yourself.

-Our Body Butter Bars are made with ingredients that will cause the Body Butter Bar to melt at body temperature. Beware that during the summer months, this particular product will more than likely melt to liquid during delivery. Braquel’s Bathroom is not responsible if the item arrives to you in liquid form as a warning. However, in most cases, you will be able to place the melted item in the refrigerator and still be ok to use them when solid again. We cannot replace or refund these items if they melt during delivery due to the nature of the product. Please keep this particular item in a cool place before use to keep them from turning into liquid.
