Casehype accepts PayPal as my primary method of payment or credit cards through Etsy's processing system. Orders paid through Etsy will show on your card bill as ETSY Brooklyn, NY.

Casehype does it part and pays its Sales Tax for purchases shipped within the United Kingdom. Whilst we understand duties and tax are very boring, please rest assured knowing that we are doing everything ethically and correctly.

• Cashype ships via Royal Mail & Yodel to offer you the most economical and speedy shipping method possible.

• Domestic orders will take between 2 to 4 business days to arrive at your destination.

• Standard shipping within the UK is shipped First Class. This does not offer any tracking information. If you are looking for tracking, we suggest you choose Insured Shipping to ship your order (This is also insured and the safest method of shipping).

International Orders

• International orders are average 5-15 business days for delivery.

• Casehype is not responsible for customs delays, lost or stolen packages

• International packages are not tracked as standard. This must be purchased with the Insured Shipping option.

• If you want a tracking ID it will need to ship using Yodel. Once again, please choose this shipping option for extra safety and protection.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES | We love what we do and we want you to love your items. Brand new and unused can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. We always love to hear from you, so we would love it if you could drop us a convo to chat through your problems and requests. Please feel free to ask us any questions you may have up front.

INCORRECT OR DAMAGED ITEMS | If you receive an incorrect shipment and/or damaged items, please notify us within 3 days of receipt so we can arrange to have the correct item shipped to you and/or fix any damaged purchases.

ancelations- Etsy has this as an option to REQUEST a cancelation and it will NOT cancel your order, only send a request. Please know that due to the way we process our orders cancelation requests will not be processed so please double check before you order. Once an order is placed it will ship. We will ONLY ship the color/item in the main photo of the listing.
