All items made to order will be listed as soon as they are finished. Please do not feel obliged to buy, at this point they will not be personalized so if you are not 100% happy I can always make them available to other buyers.
Any personlization will be added once payment has been completed.
Completion time for items may vary, an estimated time will be provided for every new request. If you need sometime by a particular date then please state that on your initial enquiry.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for personalization of boxes due to drying time.
Items can be returned for a full refund of the initial payment for non-personalized items.
Personalized items are ones with specific names/dates/wording that cannot be removed. Items such as individually packaged wine glass charms where the wording is on the package can e be refunded under the non-personalized policy.
Personalized items can only be returned for a refund if there is a fault, the fault will need to be confirmed by Charms by Joanna, once the item has been received, before a refund can be given.
