I ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and I will notify you once your order has shipped! Please let me know if you need your order sooner, and I will gladly ship asap! Combined shipping is available for multiple items.

All orders arrive thoughtfully packaged, and are perfect for giving or keeping! Gift wrapping is also available at no extra charge.

Orders within the United States are shipped First Class Mail. Delivery Confirmation is always included.

International orders ship First Class International Mail.

If you would like to upgrade to Priority Mail or any other services please convo me and I will send you an adjusted invoice.

PLEASE NOTE:

Items shipped out of the U.S.A. could take up to a month and half. Things may get held up in Customs. Usually, items arrive within a week or two. Please note that international customers are responsible for any taxes or duties that may be assessed by their country's customs.

Should you have any concerns or issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact me. If you are unhappy with your purchase, I will gladly issue a refund or exchange. I want you to love your purchase! The item must be sent back to me within 7 days of receiving it, and buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once I receive the item, I will issue the refund minus the original shipping cost.

All necklace chains are customizable! Shorter, longer, or different chains are available upon request and at no extra charge.
