PAYMENT

We accept immediate payment through PayPal. Please note - if you don't have a PAYPAL ACCOUNT you can still use PayPal...you just need a major credit card and you are set!


On PayPal, you can choose the method of funding your payment from the available options. Verify that your shipping address is correct. You can change the address here to a previously-used address or add a new address.


Orders will not be processed until payments are received.


PROOFS


*** ATTENTION: Please ensure you are reachable if you purchased custom or personalized order/ item's that need to reconfirm design for your satisfaction (we'll send you mock up in short time after item's purchased). We'll not process your order until we received your confirmation about the design we sent.


The ONLY orders that will received proofs are orders that are being custom created. Thank you for understanding.


SHIPPING

Our ordinary handling time is 3-7 business days upon your payment, except for the case that we run out of stock. If out of stock, we will keep you informed by you registered email and wait for your confirmation before we ship. So, please ensure you are reachable with your email and reply in your first time. It will takes about 2-4weeks of business days for all international order but may take longer for some destination depends on locations and efficiency of your postal services. However after 30 days your item still not arrived, please contact us immediately.


Christmas Day/ Holiday/ Festival time: processing and delivery might be a little longer rather than usually regarding incoming big day. The transit might take extra time for delivery, please consider that we can't control the transit time. Your kind understanding and patience are most appreciated!

CANCELATION or CHANGE OF ORDERS

Once completed and placed, your order is immediately put into production. Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order and shipping information before it was submitted.
