I am currently shipping all packages through the US Postal Service at First Class or Priority rates. www.usps.com
TURN AROUND: I handmake every article as I receive the order, I try to ship every order out within 7-10 days of receiving the order.(Depending on the cranky-ness of my little boy sometimes faster or slower:) Domestic Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, so expect your package to arrive in about 15 business days after you place the order.
***International Customers:
*I ship all international packages through USPS and I will send you a Customs Label number that can be checked at www.usps.com
*Shipping to a foreign country (including Canada :) can take longer, because of packages needing to clear Customs which means it can be up to 2-3 weeks sometimes (this rarely happens, but it can).
Exchanges: I will always try to work with you to resolve any sizing, fit, color, style issues etc. I completely understand that ordering over the internet is sometimes complicated :) I welcome exchanges, but ask that you pay for the return shipping.
Refunds: If the item you receive "just isn't right" for whatever reason, I will gladly refund you for its return. Again, I will ask that you pay for the return shipping. I also will only accept returns for a refund for items that have not been worn, washed, or mutilated...Request for refund must be issued within 10 days of receipt.
