There is a 50% deposit before I start working on your order. I will provide pictures of your item(s) to make sure that you are happy with the results before final payment and shipping occurs. The balance is due in full before I will ship your items to you.

I ship throughout the USA. All orders ship within 1 week from purchase date. If you need your order quickly, let me know in the message to seller or via convo and I can ship it sooner. All orders ship via USPS priority mail, which takes on average 2-5 days for delivery.

I'm happy to accommodate those that need orders really fast for your special event. If you need your order ASAP, I recommend upgrading to Express Mail. If you'd like to upgrade, please convo me BEFORE placing your order, and I will set up a custom listing for you to include the adjustment.

I can ship internationally, but some countries don't allow artificial flowers to come in their country so please convo me first before purchasing and that way I can get you a quote as well. Please note that the customer is responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may be charged in certain countries.

I can exchange or refund if your order has not been shipped however, If your order has been shipped there are no refunds or exchanges unless it has been damaged. You must contact me within 3 days of receipt to let me know if your item has been damaged, after that time there is no replacement or refund option.

I try to make the listing description and pictures as accurate and true to colors as possible. Please keep in mind that each monitor has it's own color settings and it may differ slightly. If there are any questions please contact me.
