I received my coat today and although it is very nice my zipper is broke. After a full zip and unzip I am missing to prongs. Is this exchangeable?

This item is not what it looks like in size. It states only one size, but in the picture it looks A LOT bigger than what I received.

After waiting for a couple weeks I have been unable to use the tracking number provided to locate my package. Attempts to contact the seller have been futile as well.

I just received this dress a month after ordering it, and I am extremely disappointed. It looks substantially different from the photos advertising it, and is obviously very poorly made. The quality is terrible.

My dress took much longer than it should have to get here. When it did finally arrive, I was extremely disappointed. It looked nothing like the picture did and it's downright ugly. I'm disgusted.

Terrible experience! I ordered a hoody in Nov 2014 and it never arrived. The tracking says it went back to the seller Jan 2015. So they kept my sweater and my money and don't reply to any of my messages.
