very cheap material. The dress did not come as described in the description it says silver rhinestones. These people put cheap sequences on my dress. Mind you this is for my wedding. I totally got screwed over once I messaged them about the sequence they stopped answering my emails. there’s blue pen marks all over the dress where they were marking it, and is very visible. The dress is a disaster and now I’m left at the very last minute searching for a wedding dress.. the dress is not satin material. It’s very thick, heavy like costume material. definitely reminded me of heavy tablecloth material. I am absolutely mortified.

Horrible! My daughter didn’t make it to her prom because of them. Yes, we specifically asked them would her dress be ready and shipped in time for her prom and they assured us it will. We sent in measurements to make sure the dress fit right. We kept in communication with them and they wouldn’t even respond most times smh. After asking for a refund she then finally responds that the dress will be shipped out that day and I would get a tracking number. ( but lied because she didn’t want to refund me my money). A few days later she responded the express was closed on the weekend and It will be shipped that Monday. To make a long story short it didn’t come in time, the dress was ugly and looked nothing like what was pictured! the dress had feathers and needles falling out the dress y’all. Look if you need a dress please look elsewhere. Go to a local boutique or someone that close to you so that you can check in on your items. These people are a rip off and you won’t get what you think your actually ordering! I couldn’t post all the pics but their sewing was terrible they even had the sleeves uneven and the feathers sewed into the arm of the sleeve. Dress was way too big after send measurements also Just ashame! Do not shop here!

I canceled my order two minutes after I placed the order I emailed a message asking for her to cancel she responded back there will be a $30 fee for cancel the order she then told me that Luula has my money and that the only way that I will be getting a refund unless I paid the $30 so I told her to take the $30 now she claims that she doesn’t have the money anymore
