☯ Tracking Numbers

Tracking Numbers are provided including how to track your package. Once your order is shipped we have to wait minimum 72 hours for the tracking to be released. It doesn't mean that your invoice is still not mark as shipped we still did not send your package. Tracking numbers are released only after our customs finished the customs clearance for your package. Please be patient.Please be informed that it is the buyers responsibility to track their own package. W cannot track every single package because we have a lot of orders daily. That's why a tracking number is sent you so you can track your orders when ever you want.Please remember that packages shipped by post do not update daily.Only express shipping by DHL updates daily.

☯ Refunds and Returns

You may return an item for either a refund or exchange. All we ask is the product(s) are returned in the same condition they were sent, unworn except for tried on for fit and sizing, with all tags attached and in the original packaging but you need to pay for both side shipping cost.


If you wish to return an item or exchange it please note that the shipping fee for returning an item back to us is paid for by the buyer. If you decided to exchange an item to another , the buyer is the one responsible for shipping fees both ways


Please take a picture of the item being returned to us. Once you ship the package back kindly take two photos of the shipping receipt from the post office . Email it to us including the tracking number and tracking website. Your refund will then be issued within 24 hours.

The speed of delivery does not depend on us but to the shipping companies. Since shipping can and usually affected by weather conditions, holidays an slow customs clearance.

☯Shipping Methods

We offer 3 kinds of shipping methods.


1. DHL - express shipping by DHL takes 4 to 5 days to reach any country world wide. This is the fastest shipping method we offer.


2. Standard shipping by EMS - Takes 8 to 10 days for the package to arrive.


3. Flat rate shipping by post- This is the automatic shipping method you paid for when you made the purchase. Unless you inform us that you would like to upgrade to express shipping, your package will be shipped by post.


Please note that all shipping fees are calculated by the item weight and destination. In case of a refund or exchange the shipping fees are non refundable. Post office and shipping companies do not do refunds on fees.


Item Sizes and Measurements Issues

Each item listed has It's own size and measurements.Some people buy without even looking at the measurements first.Checking the measurements is very important. Please do not just buy because you like what you see. Read the description carefully. It is not our fault if the dress don't fit you or is too big on you.The measurements are in the product description to guide you. If an item had been returned to us due to size issues please note that you will be charged the Paypal transaction fees. Paypal charged sellers when a purchase is made and when a seller make a refund.


☯ Order Cancellation

There are times when a buyer want to cancel an order after it had been paid. For this situation the buyer have 24 hours to cancel. We only provide 24 hours cancellation policy because we process and shipped each order as soon as we can. If the parcel already left the post office and in transit to you we cannot just re call the package.If this happen you must ship back the item to us then you will be refunded the item's full price "without the shipping fees". The post office don't refund shipping fees. You will also be charged 10% for Paypal transaction Fees. When a Seller refund a buyer Paypal charge transaction fees. This will be deducted from the buyer.

Always check your Luulla inbox and your email once you made a purchase. We are going to send you confirmations and tracking numbers within a 7 day period. During this days you MUST check your inbox. Don't be like other people who will just log back in after 3 weeks to complain without even reading that their items are shipped and the tracking information were provided.Saying bad words and awful things will not solve any issues especially if the neglect is on the buyers part.


☯Sizes and Measurements

Make sure that you have chosen the correct size before you buy. The measurement are included in the listing to provide buyers with a guide on how big or small the item is. Please follow this measurements to avoid purchasing something that wont fit. If you are not sure about your size or you need help to convert your size please contact us by sending a message. We will gladly help you.


Please do not tell me that item has a quality problem because we do quality checks on all items being shipped. Every item is kept on it's original package straight from the factory.


We have buyers making it an issue that the item do not look like the picture or the quality is not as what they have expected when the REAL reason is the item either don't fit or is too big because they did not choose the correct size. Do not guess your size. You will receive what you have chosen so choose the correct size which will fit.


☯ Complete Name and Address

Re check your name. Make sure that the shipping information you have provided is complete. We have received a lot of orders with incomplete names. This will make processing and shipping your order very slow. It will be hard for us to wait days and weeks for a response.


As long as you don't reply we cannot ship your order. It is the buyer responsibility to provide a correct and complete name and address.If within 4 days you did not reply to the messages we sent you regarding your complete name your order will be cancelled and you will be charged with the Paypal fees. If you have provided an incomplete address or a wrong name and the package was not released to you by your post office it is only fair that you take responsibility in this matter.


❤Wrong and Incomplete Shipping Address

You are not going to get refunded if you have provided an incomplete shipping information during check out. We have no way of knowing what your complete address is. It is normal that if you are going to make a purchase you should provide a complete and correct shipping information. We are not going to be held responsible if your address is not correct.

We are very grateful to every body who have provided feed backs. But this past weeks I noticed that some people had left us with unfair negative feed backs. Our shop is one of the best you will find in Luulla. We, as a team have work so hard to reach the amount of sales and trust we have now. It is not nice to leave a negative feed back when it is the buyers fault. A lot of people have chosen wrong sizes. Because they don't read the measurements indicated in the item listing. In the end we are getting blamed for it and they will say that it is a quality issue.


During holidays celebrated world wide or in our country, delayed package arrival is Normal. Please be fair. We deal with problems right away. ❤ Processing Time

Processing refers to the time we receive your payment for an order and the days of preparation. This is NOT Shipping time. Processing time should not be included in counting how many days it took before an order is delivered. This ranges from 1 to 5 days depending on season, availability and demand.


Every time you buy we have to check if the payment is successful and prepare your order for shipment. Please keep in mind we have "Processing Time" in our shop.


Shipping and Delivery

We ship worldwide by Standard or Express. Your order will be sent according to what shipping method you have chosen and paid for. If you choose Normal or Standard Shipping, please do not expect your order to arrive within 10 days or less. If you paid for Express Shipping please understand that there is a processing time of 24 to 48 hours before your order can be shipped. Processing time is not included in Shipping and Delivery period.


Shipping can take from 12 to 45 days. It depends on many factors like weather, customs clearance, holidays, method of shipping, availability, and your location. Some packages can arrive much faster than expected. Some packages can experience delays. Once the package left our country it is beyond of our control. We cannot speed it up or make it slower.


If your package is delayed We will NOT issue any refund just because of this. We have tracking numbers and tracking result proof that a package is shipped. We always ship packages on time.
