I only accept paypal for on-line purchases.
All shipments are made within 3 business days of receiving payment except for CUSTOM PET PORTRAITS and CANVAS GICLEE PRINTS which take a minimum of two weeks before shipping.
US shipments are by PRIORITY MAIL for small original art, FEDEX GROUND for canvas giclees and FIRST CLASS MAIL for small prints. All shipments include delivery confirmation (and insurance on original oil paintings).
International shipments are made First Class Mail . International shipments have a Certificate of Mailing but no delivery Conformation. Any custom's fees or duties are the responsibility of the receiver.
It is important to me that you are truly happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase, at your shipping expense, for a full refund less original shipping charges. Returns must be sent within 7 days of delivery in the same packaging in which they were shipped.

Custom Pet Portraits take a minimum of two (2) weeks to paint, dry and ship.
Because of the differences in monitors and printers, I can not promise exact color accuracy when working from digital photos.
I do my best to post an accurate representation of my artwork, but colors may vary slightly between the actual print and the image on your screen.
Please note that the images of my art are protected by copyright law. Any reproduction or copying of an image is illegal. This copyright will not transfer with the sale of the work.
