Payments can be made through Paypal, a secure online payment system which is very easy to use. You may already have an account. If not, you can pay directly through their site by credit card without signing up.
Please make sure you make a payment within two days of the purchase. After two days, you will receive a reminder from Fish. All non-paid transactions within four days of purchase will be cancelled.
In the rare event that an item is incorrectly priced on Luulla, Fish reserves the right to not supply that item at said price. The normal price will be offered instead.
All our jewellery is handmade.
Fish aims to deliver all ordered items within 20 days once full payment has been received and cleared. This is a reflection of the time needed to produce individual handmade jewellery. If we have your order in stock, we will dispatch it immediately on receipt of payment. If it is not in stock, please allow 20 days for delivery; this allows us time to craft your chosen piece. Please contact us if you wish to check availability and timescale.
We ship worldwide. All items will ship directly from Krabi, Thailand by Air Mail.
Remark: We use the Thailand post global delivery service for our shipping because it is reliable, efficient, traceable and insurable. This service also eliminates problems with lost parcels and late deliveries.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item/s, please return the goods unworn and in its original condition within 14 days.
Postage of returns must be insured for the full cost of the item, and returned within the time stated. Refunds will not be issued on return postage. We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items if returned by normal post.
Jewellery that has been commissioned cannot be returned. Please ensure you order the correct ring size as we cannot exchange or refund if it is the wrong size. (see additional information for ring sizes)
