Hello, Thank you for your order :) We are trying to contact you regarding this order. We are unable to ship this order as there was only $2.50 charged for shipping. That is perhaps a Luulla system concern as the system viewed WA as Washington state (in the United States) and charged a US shipping rate vs an international shipping rate ($6.95). We have provided a Paypal refund for the earrings. Please let us know if you are interested in re-purchasing them at the correct shipping rate and we can get that information updated for you.
