All payments must be made within 48 hours of agreeing to the purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon with myself.
Cancellation of a sale may result in a small fee for re-listing the items, as well as covering the supply costs.
All custom orders that require special materials will be subject to a 50% up-front charge for the item(s) in-case of cancellations.
All international duties and fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
All international (outside of Canada) shipping fees will be discussed with the purchaser before shipping to ensure that shipping time frames will accommodate the customer and that they will not be over-charged for shipping services.
We do accept returns and the refund will be anywhere from 50%-100% depending on the item and the problem for that transaction.
