I am generally able to get items that are ready to ship out in the post within 2 days of receiving payment. This will take longer for a custom or a Made to Order Item but will let you know when it is ready and i have sent it out.
To initiate the return process, please contact me within three days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition and insured for full item cost. Customers are responsible for all return shipping/insurance fees.
