All of our goodies are baked only after your order has been placed. All items are shipped within 24 hours of baking to ensure freshness upon arrival. We currently products only on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays to avoid your goodies sitting at the Post Office over the weekend. We will ship your items once your payment has been processed. We ship all items using Priority Mail through USPS with delivery confirmation. Please keep in mind there are no preservatives in any of the items we prepare. For this reason, our bakery can not be held responsible for any items after they have been shipped from our facility. The heat of summer can cause damage or melting of your items. Please make sure that someone is available to receive your package upon arrival to prevent this. We want to ensure that you have a great experience with us! If for some reason you are unhappy with your order, please contact us prior to leaving feedback so that we can work to fix any issues that arise.
