I will ship your order as quickly as possible, but always within two business days from receipt of payment. The charge for shipping a single item is $3.00 within the US and $5.00 outside the US. For each additional item in the same shipment, I will add $.50 to the single-item shipping cost.

I ship via USPS First Class Mail, with insurance. For shipments outside of the US, I cannot accept responsibility for any fees, customs, or taxes that may apply.

Please allow up to two weeks to receive items shipped within the US, and four weeks for items shipped outside the US. If you need expedited shipping, I can ship your item via USPS Express Shipping or FedEx for an extra charge.

If you believe your shipment has been lost in transit, please convo me and I will work with you to track the item and, if necessary, refund your payment or send you a replacement at no extra cost.

I hope that you'll be happy with your purchase, but if you are not, I will refund any purchase that is returned within 30 days of receipt. You will bear responsibility for return shipping costs, and initial shipping fees are not refundable.

If you receive an item that is defective or was damaged in shipment, I will refund your initial shipping fee. If you'd like for me to repair or replace a defective or damaged item, I will bear the cost of returning the item to you.

Refunds will be issued immediately upon my receipt of the returned item..

I only accept payment through Paypal . . . but please remember that you can use a credit card to purchase through Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account. Kindly make your payment at the time of purchase. If I don't receive payment or otherwise hear from you within 48 hours, I will unfortunately have to cancel the sale. **SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR ITEMS SHIPPED WITHIN NEW YORK STATE**

Jewelry purchases shipped to New York addresses are subject to state sales tax. Because Paypal is not set up to accurately calculate varying rates of New York sales tax, I will need to send you a custom invoice through Paypal via email. This may require that I refund your initial Paypal payment and send you a new invoice. Please contact me before your purchase so that I can arrange payment---and I apologize for this inconvenience.

I try my best to capture the true colors of my items, but differences in computer monitors may cause colors to vary in appearance.

Many of my photos are close-ups made with a macro setting---the items will appear larger than in real life to give you a better idea of details and workmanship. Please refer to the individual measurements of each piece and the comparison photos to get an accurate idea of the actual size of an item. Keep in mind that most of my pieces are quite dainty, using delicate chain and very small beads and charms.

Many of my pieces are delicate, and while they are sturdy enough to withstand everyday wear, please take care in handling them. They will last longer if you avoid swimming or bathing while wearing them, and sterling silver pieces will be less likely to tarnish if you store them in an airtight container. Also, jewelry pieces made with fine chain may knot or tangle if they are mixed with other pieces or otherwise not stored carefully.

I use protective bubble mailers for shipping. I place each piece in a small plastic baggie for protection and then package it in a cute little envelope with a resealable hand-sewn button tie---perfect for gift-giving. There is a photo of the packaging in each item description.
