The dress is not the right fit or color. I've been reaching out to the seller and no response. I'm really sad because I wanted this dress for my special day. My wedding. Now what do I do. Sad and Disappointed.

Don't do it. I honestly don't even know where to begin. This dress looks nothing like the photo and isn't even made out of the same material, nor does it have the same cut. I specifically ordered this one because it was velvet, but instead it came in a cheap satin-like material. It is ill-fitting, ties in the back (despite the photo not showing a tie) and it has a train that is so long you can't walk in it. I couldn't be more disappointed.

I’m EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with this purchase! When we received my daughter’s dress, it was about 6 inches too short, the top was too big and the material used was not flowy like in the picture. It was more stiff and thicker than it looks in the picture. I let them know that it was too short and they did offer to make another one and send it, but her prom was soon and I figured it wouldn’t be on time and the rest would be the same so they offered a $30 refund. We had to have it tailored and dished out another $65, to make it look wearable. Also there was a $9.02 difference more charged on my credit card than what the invoice said. Which I was told later, due to international dollar conversion, which is nowhere on the website. Horrible experience, will NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!

We received the bridesmaid dress we ordered and were disappointed in the fit. It is too big around the bodice and we were surprised because we sent the measurements for the order to be custom made.
