Payment: we accept payment by PayPal.

Buyers need to pay taxes.

Cancellation policy:

1, unpaid order: could be cancelled within 2-3 days.

2, paid, cancel in 3-5 days, 50% cost of dress and shipping cost could be returned,

3, dresses have been sent out, sorry for that, can't return the payment to you.

Usually we need 15-20 days to process bridesmaid dresses, and 30-35 days to process wedding dresses.

We accept rush order, it may take 10-15 days for rush order.

Shipping: by Fedex, DHL, UPS and so on, usually will take 3-5 business days to US, CA, AU.

We paid the insurance.

Most buyers from Unite States no need to pay customs taxes, But buyers from other countries need to pay taxes, but generally speaking, we just wrote less price on the invoice, then you pay less customs taxes.

Please take note that it's express collection charges for customs tax, it's not shipping cost, all shipping cost has been paid by us already.

Because of taxes, if customers refuse to receive them, we can't send full payment back, it will also cause us extra taxes again if goods be returned.

We accept returns if there are quality problems(such as wrong size, color, etc.), wrong delivery time, we also hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as wrong size you gave us or you choose wrong color etc, but we offer free modify, you can ship the items back to us.

In order for your return or exchange to be accepted, please carefully follow our guide:

1. Contact us within 2 days after receiving the dresses.

2. Provide us with photos of the dress, to show evidence of damage or bad quality, this also applies for the size, or incorrect style and color etc.

3. The returned item must be in perfect condition (as new), you can try the dress on, but be sure not to stretch it or make any dirty marks, otherwise it will not be accepted.

4. The tracking number of the returned item must be provided together with the reference code issued.

5. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.

1, Choose the dress you like or send us your own designs.

2, Choose your size, color and leave all your requests in the note list.

3, Add dresses to cart and give us all the information in the note list, then pay for it

4, If you have Paypal, you could pay us directly online, if you have credit card, you could apply a Paypal account and link it with credit card, then Paypal could get payment from your credit card, if you choose pay by others, it need to pay offline, such as bank transfer, western union or money gram.
