I accept Paypal payments. You do not need a PayPal account, just follow the instructions and enter your credit/debit card details and the transaction will be processed through PayPal. At no stage do I see your personal banking/card details and they remain secure at all stages of the transaction.
To avoid any delay in receiving your items, please check that both your Paypal and Etsy address are the same.
Please pay at the time of ordering. Items will be held for 3 days, after which if payment is not received, I will take it that you no longer wish to buy and the item will be re listed.
All my jewelry comes ready for gift giving and is securely packaged to arrive in perfect condition. If on receiving it there are any problems at all, I am here to do my very best to try to rectify the problem, so please do contact me if you are not absolutely satisfied with any aspect of your purchase.
I usually post orders between within second working day following clearance of the total payment amount. All items are posted by registered mail. Expected delivery time for Spain and Europe is usually from 1 to 2 weeks. For USA or Non-European union delivery time is from 2 to 6 weeks. Please bear in mind that occasionally packages may be delayed at Customs and allow for this when ordering for a special occasion.
I cannot accept the return of earrings for reasons of hygiene. If you are not entirely satisfied with any purchase, please contact me to see if I can remedy a solution. All returns and refunds are decided on an individual basis. In all cases the cost of return postage and packaging is the responsibility of the customer.
If the item is damaged during delivery please photograph the item and packaging as the post office may need proof of the condition it was delivered.
