Every piece of jewelry is handmade by myself. Single items ship in 1-3 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).
Production time on multiple items is 7-10 business days.
Domestic delivery times from ship date vary from 2-5 days for the continental US. May take longer to Alaska and Hawaii.
International delivery times from ship date are normally 10-14 business days. However, due to customs in some countries delivery time may be 6 - 8 weeks.
Insurance is not included in shipping price. If you would like to insure your package, message me BEFORE placing order for pricing.
I cannot be responsible for the delivery of the package once is has been shipped.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, notify me within 5 days of receipt of your item. I will refund or exchange to item.
If you need an adjustment on an item ordered please notify me.
