Items purchased Monday - Friday will have a 2 - 3 business day turn around time. Items purchase Sunday and Saturday will have a 3 - 5 day turn around time. All items shipped within the United States (48) are shipped through USPS First Class for a flat fee of $3 and International for a flat rate of $10. Orders ship from the United States, either from NY or CT.
If you are unhappy for whatever reason with your item, please e-mail us asap (within 7 days)! You will have two options; option 1) We can correct whatever is wrong/disliked about the item, option 2) You can send it back and get refunded for the FULL cost of the item (this does not include shipping).
