Expedited shipping

Usually take 2 - 3 days to all major destinations, the fastest shipping method worldwide so far. shipping costs differ from item to item, but all expedited shipping order will get a 50% discount on shipping costs.

Standard shipping

Usually take 3 - 5 days to all major destinations, and standard shipping costs less, but takes a bit longer than expedited shipping. Shipping costs differ from item to item, but for the free shipping items standard shipping orders will get a 100% discount on shipping costs. However, for the non-free shipping items, you only enjoy a 65% discount for it.

Note: The delivery time mentioned above does not include order processing time.

Because all orders have to be processed before they can be shipped, the total shipping time is divided into two parts: processing time and delivery time.

Important Info:

*Rush order is accepted here, processing time within 8 or 12 days.

*Total Shipping Time of mixed orders with items in different dresses should be calculated using the longest estimate times listed.

*For items in stock, usually they can be shipped out within 2-3 days, no such long processing time.

Normal orders about 20days

Receiving time (Time needed for your order to be received successfully since you made the order) = Tailoring time (around 7-15 Calendar days) +shipping time (around 2-5 Calendar days)

Rush Order about 12days

Receiving time (Time needed for your order to be received successfully since you made the order) = Tailoring time (around 6-9 Calendar days) +shipping time (around 2-3 Calendar days)

If the item is defective, damaged or miss-shipped:

You are eligible for a refund of the full purchase price plus shipping costs for defective, damaged or miss-shipped items. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must first obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier.

If we send you the wrong item:

In this case,please upload some persuasive pictures or video, once it is verified, you can either send it back to exchange for the correct item or return it back for full refund(seller commits the shipping cost).

Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit ;If the dress is fine but you just don't like it anymore;

We accept returning for that(dress being worn,washed or damaged won't count),but you have to undertake all the postage and we just refund partial payment of the dress to you.Hope you can understand and think it over before order.

We don't accept returning for following cases:

1)Custom-made items

2)Items that have been changed or damaged like altered,dyed,etc

Please contact us first when there is any problem with items you received.Customers must confirm their eligibility for an exchange or return with Customer Service before sending items back.When you return them back, please make sure the items are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, free of lint and hair and with tags intact and attached.

Process of Returning:

1) Contact our customer service within 7 days from the day you receive your item.Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from Customer Service.

2) Once Customer Service has approved your request,they will send a Product Return Form to you.Please fill the form and send it together with the item back to us as soon as possible.

3) Once received the package,your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days.Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition we will not be processed as refunds and will be shipped back to you.

Orders cancelled within 12 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund, or

- Orders cancelled 12 - 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 10% of

the product purchase price, or

- Orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmation but before shipping will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping

cost, or

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
