All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided. Please ensure when returning the parcel that the OHSAUCY box is properly protected with the plastic bag provided.

You have 28 days from receipt of order to request your returns number, which will be displayed online and emailed to you. Unsuitable items must then be returned within 14 days of receiving your returns number. Returns outside this window may be accepted at our discretion. The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all OHSAUCY and designer garment tags still attached.

All orders are shipped 48 hours after processing which typically takes 24 hours after order has been placed.

After OHSAUCY has processed the order we use DHL eCommerce, USPS or e Packet depending on your location and fastest available service available at the time. Typical delivery time frame is between 5 to 14 business days up to a maximum of 21 days depending on world events outside of our control or customs requirements in your country. however, in most cases you may receive your items much earlier.
