We accept Paypal payment and Credit Card payment. Please choose Paypal payment firstly,which will save the deposit.

1. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving products.

2. Please send email to us to illustrate the reasons you want to return your products.

Requesting to return items due to quality issues, damage during shipping, color/style/size error must be accompanied by photos or other evidence that clearly shows the problem with the item received.

3. Your email will be processed by our reviewing department within 2 working days.

4. After investigation, if it is our fault to make the error order, we take the full responsibility and refund you in full.

5. Please notice that all returned items must be in brand-new condition, with no smell of perfume or any other trace of worn, unused and with original tags and packaging.

6. Custom made dress can't be returned!

All the dresses are not in stock, whether choosing a standard size or custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored for you from scratch.

Now, we need about 12-15 days to processing your order and about 5-7 days for shipping. So, we advise you to expect the delivery to take approximately 17-22 days. For rush order, dress can be finished in 7 days, and then 5-7 days for shipping, So, that means, if you choose rush order, dress will take about 12-14 days to you, your patience means you get the best designs and quality. Definitely worth the wait!

Can I Cancel My Order?

Because of some reasons, customers would like to cancel their order after payment. For this issue, please check our policy as followings:

1. If you ask for order cancellation within 24 hours after payment, we will cancel it for you and give you full refund.

2. If you ask for order cancellation within 24-48 hours after payment. We only refund you 50% product total plus shipping fee. Because your order is processing by factory 24 hours after your payment.

3. No refund 48 hours after the payment, we will not accept your order cancellation.

4. Canceling Operation Cost will be charged from you.

For Special Occasion Dresses, Wedding Dresses:

There will need 7 days to finish your dress if you choose rush order, and then 5-7 days for shipping, that means, you need about 12-14 days to get the dress after you placed the order.

For Casual Dresses, generally speaking, for casual dresses, you can get it around 10 days after you place order, but if you need in a hurry, please contact me, we will rush that for u.
