Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. If for any reason there is a delay, I will contact you immediately.

I ship items via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail Flat Rate padded envelope or box, or in the case of larger items, USPS Parcel Post. If you would like a different shipping method, please contact me PRIOR to making your purchase. Delivery confirmation is included in every US order. Orders over $100.00 include shipping insurance. Shipping charges may include a small amount for packing supplies and materials.

I ship to the address that is registered with PayPal. If you need me to ship to another address, please let me know. If your Etsy address and your PayPal address do not match and I do not hear from you within 24 hours, I will ship to the address that is registered with PayPal.

I currently offer International shipping to Australia, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Please contact me PRIOR to purchasing an item for your shipping options. Depending on the destination, shipping may take 3+ weeks. Please note that I have no control over an item that gets held up in Customs, and I am not responsible for any custom fees or tariffs that your country may impose on you. These fees are your responsibility.

Per U.S. and international government regulations, I cannot mark purchases as gifts and I must declare the actual value. Falsifying customs forms is illegal and can result in your package being confiscated, fines levied and/or other penalties.

Ceramic or glass (breakable) items are NOT eligible for International Shipping.

Returns are accepted if you notify me within three (3) days of your receipt of the item that you will be returning it. The return item must be in the same condition as it was when it was sent to you. A refund will not be issued until I receive the returned item, and have verified its condition.

Shipping costs are not refundable, and it is the Buyer's responsibility to pay the return shipping costs and return the merchandise in question in the same manner it was shipped to them by Seller, (i.e. if I sent you something via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation, you must use the same level of shipping to return the item).

Vintage Items:

Vintage items will typically have normal age-related wear and will not be perfect. I do not perform repairs on items (unless I have noted it on the item description), and have no idea if a previous owner has made any repairs or alterations. I am selling you the item as I have received it. I will do my absolute best to describe the item in great detail. Please read the item description thoroughly and view the photos attached. Ask any questions about the item before you purchase it.

Handmade/Upcycled Items:

Upcycled items are new creations, but have been made with vintage materials that may have imperfections, and normal age related wear. Decoupaging is not an exact science. Small imperfections such as minor wrinkling and air bubbles may appear on the material being decoupaged.
