We offer a 30-day return policy for all products. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition, unworn, with tags and in original packaging. Please contact us at info.paradisecrafts@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Damaged or defective items will be evaluated for a replacement or refund. Certain items like custom orders, perishable goods, and hazardous materials cannot be returned. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. The European Union has a 14-day cooling off period for returns.

We use UPS, USPS, Fedex, DHL Ecommerce, Yodel, India post international as our primary shipping service. All of our products are shipped from our workshop.

Customs and Import Duty Charges for International Shipments
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Though we will clear everything from our side so that you do no need to pay the custom duty. But if in case some charges may apply the responsibility is of the buyer.
