Delivery of items
On weekdays
All products are delivered via file transfer to your email address within 24 hours (usually quicker) and 48 hours for custom items.
Weekends
Orders are sent on weekends but may be a little slower than weekdays.
Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the products we are unable to offer a refund.
