Return personalized products
If you receive a item that you had personalized and the error is on my end I will ask that you send the item to be returned at my expense and correct the error or send out a new item. I will send a prepaid package with my return address. If the error is on your end, or as a result of the person ordering the personalized item for you, a new item will need to be purchased. Please confirm spelling and upper and lower case lettering is correct and exactly how you would like for it to appear.
