SHIPPING: I ship using USPS. I try to use Flat Rate bubble envelopes or boxes whenever possible because of the weight of my products.

I will also provide you with a tracking number once your package ships.

If you prefer another method, please contact me before ordering and I will do what I can to accommodate.

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 days of receiving payment. Please contact me if you need things to arrive by a certain time and I will do everything I can to make that happen for you.

If I have miscalculated my shipping costs, I will credit you for anything of $1 or more via Paypal. If it goes the other way...that is my problem.

For international customers: Buyers are responsible for any customs related fees.

Summer months (June - August mostly): Some of our products will melt in the hot summer weather. Lip balms and glosses should return to their intended shape if left upright inside for a hour or so. I will do everything I can to make sure this does not occur. During summer months, I will only ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to make it less likely shipments will sit in a hot warehouse or truck over a weekend. Please convo me if you have any questions or concerns about shipping.

PAYMENT: I accept payment via PayPal. Payment must be received within 48 hours of purchase or order will be canceled.

REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES: I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase, please contact me right away. I will gladly refund or exchange your purchase within 2 weeks of receipt.

When doing an exchange or return, the buyer is responsible for returning items in the original condition as well as return shipping costs.
